- 31 new homes concentrates maximum permissible development with unprecedented density on a small section of 840 acres wthout accounting for existing tenant houses
- Highly visible along Peach Tree Road, a prized Rustic Road

- 11 new homes with street frontage along Peach Tree Road
- Directly adjacent to two existing clusters, creating the density of a new township almost the size of Barnesville but without the infrastructure or community resources or a large suburban subdivision
- 6 new roadway entrances adding traffic/congestion, problems with bicycles, farm equipment
- 31 new septic systems and wells located within 2000 feet of existing homes in sole source aquifer
- Forest Conservation easements on private lands are unenforced
- Alternatives to this plan have not been adequately considered
The latest plan about to be approved by the county leaves too many questions unanswered.
