  • Directly adjacent to two existing clusters, creating the density of a new township almost the size of Barnesville but without the infrastructure or community resources or a large suburban subdivision
  • 6 new roadway entrances adding traffic/congestion, problems with bicycles, farm equipment
  • 31 new septic systems and wells located within 2000 feet of existing homes in sole source aquifer
  • Forest Conservation easements on private lands are unenforced
  • Alternatives to this plan have not been adequately considered

The latest plan about to be approved by the county leaves too many questions unanswered.
